Series of higher highs and higher lows from April to early May on increased vol.
Breakout on higher volume.
Then over the last two weeks, a pullback on low volume formed a bull flag.
The measured move from 12th May breakout replicating it to yesterdays should give it a target in the low $24s
However a break over the low $23s in my view indicates the LT downtrend is over.
