STO management was one of the worst for at least thirty years . I know this because I had to deal with them on many occasions . There were a protected species based in Adelaide . SA govt legislated against any takeover of Santos when Bond Corp tried it on. There was very small staff turnover at that time because no companies would hire Santos employees. It is only now that KG is on board that things are improving, but I can tell you , as good as he is , nobody rates him higher than MO from WDS .
