Perhaps Goldnumber and JCoure are part of an investment group chat and are upramping Santos and downramping Woodside as a form of relative valuation arbitrage, as STO has not had a share price increase in the same way WDS has.
Unfortunately, if this is the case, their implementation is poor. They're not convincing anyone...
