I think the decrease in SP does not have much to do with the company itself as much as it does external forces such as coal industry in general and slow down in demand of recent. Also before we hit $1.20 mark WDS had some good press in some articles such a motley fool and if i remember correctly a re rating followed. Then naturally as you can expect many holders were happy to take some profit (myself included) as it had been a long while since it had hit those peaks.
Personally I am not sure we will be seeing the SP hit those pre GFC highs any time soon. It was a much different climate for the coal industry as we were still in boom time. But hey who can really say. A couple of large contracts and some positive press again and we could be well on our way back up.
