Combination of
1) Real/tangible/trophy assets that are severely undervalued/unappreciated
2) SOTP stories with value-realizing catalysts where legit capital allocation all-stars are involved
3) Alt asset managers with tailwinds and "compounder bro" potential
4) Legacy media s***co's where the cashflow stream is underappreciated
Most of this is O/S stuff, some local
WDS was def a "this is too cheap" buy similar to point 4 above
