My prediction is WDS will hit all time highs well past AUD$70, all while paying US$3 div with 100% franking each year. (Works out to 9.5% grossed up yield at $70 s.p)
why?
1. Aud/usd fx rate. Aud at historical lows
2. Oil price will have a $100 floor with highs of >$150. Current SP of $40 is basing a $70 oil price only.
3. Spot lng is at >$250 a barrel and will stay that way for next few years minimum due to ukraine
