not being critical or trying to pry, but:
your sell at 34.19 and rebuy at 33.79 may be negative for you overall, because cap gain tax at sale may be worth more than 40c
that would easily be the case if your original shares were bought cheaply at 20 or 25 dollars etc, in which case, you may have been better off just holding your shares at 34.19
just my 2c based on my reasoning about cap gain tax complications.
