Agree with your sentiment. PB's salary should be reduced if he isn't actively working. Lawyers and accountants all charge high rates when doing actual work - billable hours, they call it.
PB is charging us $400+/hr to do EVERYTHING, including taking a piss!
This is reflective of the endemic CEO salary pay packet - an all encompassing package with no accountability to actual work. So we never know what PB is doing, how much time he is spending on what.
And all those posters who have met him, myself included, who observe that he is tired and then infer that he must be working hard - give yourself some credit. Haven't you ever been tired from a late night watching TV or an unfortunately timed flight even though you haven't been productive at all?
