PEN has not yet registered with D&D as this article shows; which explains the lack of interest. I seriously think that only JORC will get people seriously interested in PEN. Until then it will be viewed as nothing more than a junior explorer; only because of the market's ignorance and lack of research around what PEN has and what it's been doing.
