I would imagine that if certain members of our board and former management were to take actions in the Supreme Courts against any posters who said anything disparaging against them in the past 18 months the court system would be blocked for years trying to clear the back log.
Remember this case was never tested in the courts- it was settled out of court.
The present IMF action before the Federal Court will no doubt give some legitimacy to any disgruntled shareholders postings- ie it was widely known that our board and managements actions or lack of action was to blame for the demise of this once great company.
The belief that the banks who were once crawling over each other to lend mining companies money would during times of low commodity prices start calling their loans in rather than rolling them over was a scenario that was unthinkable to arrogant boards.
