So AMR owes money to Pala it has not real prospect of paying off and KAS also owes money to Pala it has no real prospect of paying off.

The likelihood of KAS being able to raise money to pay back Pala (let alone build the mine) with the current board in place, is in my opinion - slim.

So am I right in assuming that leaves KAS very exposed to the Pala machine and therefore, our investment (hahaha, investment) in serious jeopardy?

I have little faith in the current board being able to manoeuvre their way out of the jam they are in.

I just want my money back and to get as far away as possible from this mess.
