I'd agree with you Tbird, except you accept the Libs thought bubble as a "plan". But its not a plan, just an idea which they haven't bothered to be adequately informed on or to offer the details and costings.

I guess they don't want to scare people off the idea with costings etc, but too little real information has resulted in distrust on Dutton's thought bubble. its also allowed the Labs to say nothing in the matter and so...... nothing will come of nothing.
