It really is not that important to me, Scott. They can burn leaves to provide us with power - so long as the buggers do that job, fine.
But, yes, I do not think mankind is capable of affecting climate change except at the margins. The climate does what it does best, change. Mankind is up itself thinking it can make much difference to the climate. The climate probably has a good laugh at mankind's expense - stupid mankind!
