Cafa, you do highlight an important point as demand over the next 18 months is critical to success. Key word in the Sojitz agreement is "Allocate", there has been no follow up to confirm any committed offtake to date:

"Allocate a minimum of 8,500 tonnes ± 500 tonnes per annum to the Japanese market over the next ten years, upon securing this funding.
Jointly market Rare Earths products in Japan in order to secure end customers in Japan for 8,500 tonnes ± 500 tonnes of Rare Earths products per year over the next 10 years to meet the requirements of the customers in Japan".

Hopefully we will get some confirmation of successful marketing efforts in Japan over coming months but one concern I have is the demand destruction in Ce with the Japanese & Sth Korean markets falling from 13ktpa to 5ktpa and Lamp S2 will be producing a further 5ktpa to the 5ktpa S1.
