The difference is that with Lynas there are a great number of unhappy chappies that have been waiting for this news to sell out and move on.
There are a lot more like me that have set a price that they will take before moving on. Those prices will be between 63c and $2. That is bound to slow down the rise but the rise should have started with this announcement. I wont sell yet myself but I certainly will not be on board for the $2 party. (unless there is a change of CEO and the board. Then I may stay for a long haul)
