First up I'm with Tim and the board all the way to what ever end they decide is best! I have never been with a company where I trust management more than what we have and that they will do right by us.
The fact that ALB wants to just walk in and take all that hard work management have done and the risk long term(and short term) holders have absorbed over the many years of loyalty leaves a pretty bitter taste in my mouth I have to say. I am not anti sell and my expectations on price are not as high as others here but we should be paid fair for what we have! Without all the SP suppression and shorting I felt we should be at this SP mark anyway at this stage anyway (but what do I know) so the offer wasn't generous in my books and they know it. Would be great to know what the top 20 share holder positions are on selling and how unified they are with Tim.
now that the last offer is public does that mean that the board will have to notify us of any further offers or only if they see fit to share to market?
regardless of what happens has been a great journey to be a part off and hope there is a lot more to the ride than this
