from what I can understand, Albermarle did not inform any of their shareholders, nor did they inform any of the LTR shareholders, that they had made offers to buy to some of the large LTR holders, at (from memory $2'ish, at $2.30'ish and at 2.50'ish).
also from what I understand none of those large LTR shareholders made the Albermarle bid known to the rest of the LTR shareholders, until TG rejected the $2.50'ish offer.
