Really? I must be missing a number of “officially” announcements then - must be getting sleepy in my delirium of delight at current goings on. I can’t remember any announcements which used the words “take over offer”.
Here’s what I found in the announcement made recently by LTR … (my bold) … The Indicative Proposal followed careful consideration and rejection of earlier non-binding indicative proposals received from Albemarle at $2.35 per share on 3 March 2023, and $2.20 per share on 20 October 2022.
Is there some other announcement you are referring to in saying there have been “TO offers”?
If not … maybe you would consider pulling back in what you are alleging by all these public statements you are making.
Can you quote the basis of this/these “announcement(s)” to which you refer?
