people need to be wary of who holds their shares and who gets to vote.

for example,

• Some on line brokers hold the shares on your behalf. The relationship is with you and the broker, not with you and LTR. So you ned to make sure you know and understand the terms, and particularly, you need to know what happens in t/o situations.
• Some may hold LTR through a fund, again similar scenario to above, the fund gets to vote, not you.

Personally, I prefer to own shares directly or through entities that I own directly (i.e. have my own chess number) - that way i know who is in control.
