The post below is to answer to the meaningless thread "How much do you think of the fair SP for LTR to be acquired" opened by a ALB supporter poster. Yes I believe ALB and its associates send their people here to test our sentiment. It's OK. But here is the answer by a sample.
Wesfarmers (WES) made a takeover offer to Lynas (LYC) on March 25 2019.
That was an opportunistic offer as well.
Offer price was $2.25,
by a premium to its last trading level of $1.50.
REJECTED BY LYC BOARD.
Then in Jan. 2022 LYC's stock price was $11.
(Now $6.55)
The guys who didn't sell it to the offer price made more than 4 bagger of offer price.

According to our all calculations LTR may reach to %15 stock price in next 3 years.
Realistically if someone wants my LTR shares now I would them for $7.
