in a payment you are not entitled to. Something along those lines. Betcha there's a better description on the dole form that would more than adequately cover Barneys predicament. Ditto all the other brain-deads who couldn't comprehend
or were just too lazy to do DD. Ignorance is NO excuse. They have broken the Oath or Affirmation they made when they
entered Parliament. (The bit that mentions ''TRUELY serving'' or similar). Bit more serious than telling porkies on your dole form. imo
