Point 3: funding for refinery is a great negotiation point for KCN regarding any financial ‘settlement’ with Thai Gov…. As there isn’t a gold refinery at present… so if Thai Gov want one (and one that is internationally accredited) KCN says no probs lets examine that for you…. But you’ll need to fund that process…. How much will that be? Hmmm how long is a piece of string?
And there you have some more ‘settlement’ of loses incurred due to shutdown…. Just depends which angle you look at it from.
There are so many ways (detailed in the recent update) that KCN can do just fine out a mutual agreement with Thai gov still saving face.
