Yes he is.. As the Seas begin to part the sheep are still hesitant, they just need to have a little faith that the seas will not close onto them after they take a step out through the gap that he has provided...... They just won't commit as in a Sheeps Nature.
But Follow they will, once this starts to run, the Sheep will jump all over themselves to Follow because that's what sheep do.
Right at this very moment in KCN is the exact moment in your life when you look around at all the people with the Big houses and nice shiny Cars around you and you ask this simple question to yourself ; " How did they get there ? Why does God love them more than me?"
Well the answer is they take a risk, they follow a dream until the end, and we all have that right here in KCN
