They announcement stated they have applied to the ASX for relisting.

Do they need to announce the financial report for the 31.12.08 half year along with the missing quarterlies before they can relist?

If thats the case it could be a while bc i thought the auditors hadnt been paid hence why the financials were done (and therefore the new enterprise would need to draw down on the convertible note to pay for the service?)
