Yeah well you would think that there would be more info from the new directors before the shares are relisted.
Given that the BRT board is now gone, it would mean that the BRT toy business doesnt exist anymore. Given the amount of debt they got into I doubt very much that they own either of the 3 business that were left.
The only thing is maybe the IP that Alex and co built before the acquisitions (ie the Memotoy range and the other products in development), but I cant see those being exploited.
I would like to see more info on the convertible note terms.
