The company have always said the rights issue was to fund stage 1 of the DFT, stages 2 and 3 were to be funded by other options. The board was in the process of reviewing these options in the 10 Jan announcement.
So far the NEW board has worked to a carefully laid out plan, so I can only assume they also know what they are doing regarding funding stages 2 and 3.
I guess we will know more early March when the EGM is announced.
