One thing I've learned is it doesn't pay to second guess market reaction to most events,esp in the short term.
The first round of the "war" looks to be going to the bulls. It has been announced that the "diplomatic window has closed",the second resolution will not be presented due to French opposition and Bush has advised the weapons inspectors to leave Iraq.
Dow opened down over 50 pts and looked set to tank...........currently up 125. Bush will address the nation at 8pm their time.
