Not sure if you are part of the group that has been apparently shorting or pushing price down since last cr but if not then this thread title seems to be a bizzare approach for a genuine holder hoping for sp to increase? Maybe you took part in the cr at 1.30 and that is the source of your frustration.

I get your frustration but it is incorrect to say we only have James's word that 327 is effective. The below is from independent clinicians involved in the burns trial.
The only concern is there has been no further comment by the independent clinicians since last december it appears.


Dr Ed Raby, Study Investigator, said: “We are highly encouraged by the initial success of R327 in this topical Phase I/II trial. Patients with burn wounds often suffer severe bacterial infections that are painful, prevent wound healing and can even result in death if not properly treated. Because many of these bacteria are resistant to most available drugs, we are pleased by the potential in R327 offering a treatment option for patients in need.”


Clinicians have reported visible reductions in bacterial infection within the first 24 hoursof R327 treatment among patients treated to date. Patients with acute infected wounds have indicated a complete clinical response, requiring no further treatment. As a result, clinicians have adopted a significantly shorter five (5) day treatment protocol. Patients with chronic or significant surface area wounds see a similar outcome by day seven (7).Treatment protocols for both groups of patients were initially proposed to comprise a 14-day period.
