Hi Dank, I did see this article. At about the same time I saw another one where researchers are using magnetism to get DNA constructs into cells. It may well be a case of horses for courses. What should be clear is that delivery is not a problem any more.

This being the case, I am hoping that a lot of the research currently using shrna to identify genetic targets for small molecule drugs will move to simply working out how to convert in vitro shrna studies quickly into in vivo shrna studies.
