you must have missed the part about JV pre feed including well location mapping , infrastructure selection and signing a pipeline construction contract with Jemena . What on earth makes you think it will remain an undeveloped asset. The development path is set in motion, the question that remains unanswered is who develops , comet with STO , or someone that acquires it . If you follow east cost gas demand / supply you would know suggestions Mahalo will be remain undeveloped asset is prosperous
