Yes Auto i know .. it has remained a great undeveloped asset for a long time ... hence need to see milestones (pipeline/GSA etc) reached to change it to a development story. As i have stated i am here purely for a corporate angle and have set timeframe on my speculation/investment as opportunity cost relative to my performance on the balance of the rest of my portfolio is material
