also worth noting and why GSAs are so important and can result in bit rerating is that one of the biggest risk to any commodity business is the price of the underlying commodity - gas is one of the few commodities where you can lock in a multi year price and reduce / eliminate this risk medium to LT. This is why Comet in my mind is very fortunate, being able to lock in prices at what is the most robust gas prices ever seen
