Thanks for the reply Shane. I completely understand what you're saying.

I have seen others on this forum post messages that are more of a "people are confident therefore we will get result soon and we will win!" and I don't get that correlation.

The folks potentially providing funding may indeed be very confident. As a holder I hope they're right, but given it's a legal decision at best it's an educated guess by anyone who isn't one of the 3 judges.
