All good Ricky , if the funding is more to the amount of say 10m then i think they would have to be extremely confident, and i would also be, changes to the governments mining laws and the way they issue tenders in the future will also play a large part in Axioms future their.
one thing is for sure this CoA Cannot send this back to a RE - TENDER only a retrial and that would only be on any issue within Browns Judgement that may have an overall impact on a conclusive decision, even if they founds a few points of contention it may not be enough to warrant a retrial,
I doubt Brown would make any errors in a judgement of this magnitude , and i think any one lending or investing in Axiom at this stage would have done a thorough due diligence before committing funds so the more funds the more confident i am ....cheers
