It might be the case that we are getting closer but FAR needs to deliver on something other then the possibility soon.
The risk is that Senegal will not be extended and that majors will take up the lease without dealing with FAR. All government obligations have been met and FAR have not gauranteed a driling program.
On the upside, FAR has cash in the bank and experience on the board. It is unlikely that even if Senegal does not proceed that it will kill the company.
If you can hang on, are prepared to lose some money then you could get a great return. This is the nature of spec shares.
I actually think that FAR will get a continuation however I don't think this will have a dramatic impact on the share price as there is still no viable partner. Eventually this will change but I don't see it being a short term process.
