I dont think moowee is saying that he has no fath in Ken, he is just saying there can be delays with any project, but in the scheme of things , if and only if there is a delay it wont be too long and the overall picture is looking quite promising.
There a number people who have been holding PLS for quite some time including me). Why I dont post so much these delays, I certainty read this forum quite regularly and have enjoyed the many and varied posts that people take the time to post on the PLS forum
