Feeling devastated.
SDM (invested avbout 14m) and ACG (invested about $9m) can still vote together to block.
Their reaction (if any) will be telling. If what has been reported is the "real deal" then likely to see the Board give a non-commital "will consider in the absence of a better offer" statement. Anything with firmer clarity would be telling of either :
a) "thrown the towell in" if it indicates acceptance
b) "working something else" if it indicates any sort of firmness of rejection.
..either way "all is s**t" now
