I fully agree with you Mr Delta.
I think this is the most obvious case of misleading shareholders that I've seen. They have NOT kept shareholders fully informed yet the newspapers always seem to know what's going on.
They've given shareholders no warnings about their financial situation. They even imposed a dubious trading halt preventing shareholders from exiting while they could.
Litigation lawyers are licking their lips.
