Mut...believe that WFE are in full control here on operatorship/feed and supply...they have 100% operatorship in the 50/50 JV as associated to the plant...they have 100% responsibility for all suppkynartangments giving them control of “profitability terms”..yes they are the deal maker...they have 100% control of the sales/marketing and distribution of proceeds...will be their call on how profits distributed but generally in line with the agreed shareholding schedule. They (WFE) have 100% ownership of the licenses

Don't think it's that powerful a deal...
So there's 300Million shares going to the JV partner, plus every tonne that WFE pull out of the tenements the JV gets $15/t....
