WFE has never announced it so it's irrelevant. Or shall we take non-company announcements now as relevant? Make up your mind?

I would say at this stage it appears to have been dumped, time will tell. At best if you are getting very high grades you would consider it for blending purposes, that may explain why its non-binding? The prospectus should tell us more, incredible how impatient some are getting nowadays....

Which part are you having trouble with? 

Maybe if you were a real geo I would take your posts about grades as factual, to some degree anyway
