Really who wants to live in Perth. Yes the cycle in Perth has reached its peak for now and wont continue up until around 2013. Its around then that another 50 mines will to start to come online. Melbourne is still good for a bit with increasing rents, which would then get you into Brisbane for strong growth starting mid 2009. And Sydney is an odd one I am still really undecided it has been relatively flat across the board, however has see strong growth in places where people actually want to live. I haven't been watching the other capitals, so will not comment.
