I posted a link on perth suburb 6151 today....from 2003 the price went from below 400k's to 1 million k's .....only 2.5 times in 5 years...
I guess they were still in the 'waiting for the price to come down mode"...price was too high in 2003.......

sth yarra has similar results.....but also too few to really guage the market
I can guarantee I could have found a well priced property about 3 months ago, (400k's) since then some have sold about 100,000 to 200,000 more than I expected....
you will not hear about those props from the media...until its too late
