LE, sqm..report was in Oct before rate cuts...bit old hat... as I said yesterday....squibbling over 1% here and there...30% of the population are renters...some move to become buyers, others leaving school and uni take their places...kids move from the country to take up uni places and jobs in the city...people die...wow and the house is empty
this is such a tiny issue...look at the bigger picture, in the meantime the squibblers have you bogged down in the most miniscule detail...in order to avoid the bigger more important issues...
just another excuse in the box full of excuses.....be brave.... come out ...say you prefer renting...and be done with it.....
