mm i do wonder what NMDC bid for MAK will be...
highly undervalued company. by my modelling, the company is worth around $1.30 at current variables (oil, AUD, PRprice etc) based on their 1mtpa PR DSO operation.
but we all know the AUD will fall aswell as oil to some degree while PR prices should continue in strength, as corn/wheat/soybeans do thanks to food crisis. As well as a potential ramp up to 3mtpa dso op. Thus IMO the company is worth much more than a buck and a bit.
modelling for an 80cAUD, PR @ $280/t and oil at $90, the company is valued at over $5. JUST THE FOR DSO OPERATION.
(taking into account a 50% dilution for cap raise to provide CAPEX).
I will not be happy if NDMC bid less than $600mil.
