WD hired many experienced and successful mid to senior staff in service, sales and ops. Cause of the boards poor decision making in finance and acquisitions meant they let had to let their A-Team go to cut costs, guess that's what happens when the going gets tough, the board remains at the expense of others.
Now it's up to the juniors @ kaddy to pull through, hope they can turn things around.
