Its so secretive it's hard to say. The EU MEP's were furious as they were having to travel to the US and sign confidentiality agreements to view terms of the agreement under supervision while US companies such as ExxonMobil were given premium consultation access to it. However last week EU MEP's negotiated a deal so that they can view the agreement at the EU headquarters instead, so process has been made.
