I don't expect any preliminary updates along the way Sushi. I reckon though, that we can assume that the great majority of ZFX shareholders will be so desperate to get it done that they will be falling over themselves getting to the mail box. The only way the merger will not go ahead now is if the OXR Board calls it off.
