Seriously this whole antiviral nasal sprays might be worthy of a Federal NACC enquiry - how corrupt was the Morrison Govt? - as more and more Aussies suffer covid, long covid and death and seemingly our high vax rate doesnt seem to make us any different from the rest of the world. Both FRE and SPL have products that could saved many Australians and could have sat alongside hand sanitisers in:

Cafes
Public Transport
Sport/recreation venues
Airports
Cruise ships
Entertainment venues
Universities
etc

Offering BETTER protection than masks/clean air and hand sanitizers. combined because highly effective antiviral nasal sprays make a barrier to stop the virus passing into human systems

But this isn’t about promoting/advertising these protections and treatments - this is about allowing the 17 million Aussies who are not eligible for Paxlovid or lagevrio antiviral drugs to provide their own protection whenever out and about

Two Australian pharmaceutical companies have been dissed by politicians and health officials. Is lobby group MEDICINES AUSTRALIA actually doing anything to help innovative Australian pharma by it’s quarter million dollar political donations last year and it’s acceptance of former TGA boss John Skerritt into its midst or is it just supporters big pharma like Pfizer who are represented in its board of directors.
