Yes, the derivative/mark-to-market is only a timing issue. However, many people will not be able to evaluate the full impact of IFRS 39 as it is a very technical topic and make buy/sell decision based on face value of the bottom line.
Hence, I feel that theoretically, this should not affect the SP, but the reality is difference as in most cases.
