I was intending to buy BMN back around March at 70c. However...

I was intending to buy BMN back around March at 70c. However other factors took me away from the market so didn't get in. However have had a more serious look over the weekend and am now happy to enter at a much higher price primarily as an investment with a bit extra for trading.
1. Fundamentals of uranium industry incredibly impressive - Major developed countries (e.g. France, UK) already prioritise and major developing countries (China, India) massive expansion
2. BMN have very significant resource re size.
3. BMN closer to comercialisation (mining) then many similar companies which are experiencing much more rapid price increase.
4. Period till comercialisation make BMN a more attractive takeover target.
5. Price was above $4.00 back in late 2007. (haven't yet checked if there has been some significant change to capital structure since then) now a quarter of the price with much greater confirmed resource, closer to comercialisation and financially more secure
6. Investor confidence strong - raised additional capital recently at $1.00 per share
7. Definitive feasiblity study due soon - all indications are it will be good news - will probably be catalyst for price increase
8. Technicals indicate price is at turning point - up or down - but based on fundamentals, more likely up.

Like many others dont like having my money tied up instocks going nowhere, or paying more then necessary, but I think the fundametals justify holding and being patient.
